Process & Timeline
What does your development process look like?
We follow an agile process: Discovery → Technical Specification → Design → Development (2-week sprints) → QA → Launch → Post-launch support. Learn more on our About page.
How long does a typical project take?
An MVP or smaller project typically takes 4–8 weeks. A full-featured product takes 3–6 months. You can estimate your timeline using our Cost Calculator.
How do you handle scope changes?
We document scope carefully upfront. Mid-project scope changes are handled through a change request process with clear cost and timeline impact communicated before any work begins.
Do you provide weekly updates?
Yes. Every Friday, you receive a written status update with what was completed, what's next, and any blockers. We also schedule bi-weekly demo calls.
Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost to build a custom software product?
It depends heavily on scope. A focused MVP starts around $1,500–$5,000. A full-featured SaaS or mobile app typically runs $5,000–$20,000+. Check our Pricing guide or use our interactive tool.
Do you offer milestone-based payments?
Yes. All projects are split into milestones — typically 3–5 payments spread across the project lifecycle. You never pay for work you haven't seen.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept USD, EUR, and INR. Payments are made via wire transfer, Stripe, or other agreed methods.
Do you offer equity deals for startups?
In exceptional cases, we consider partial-equity arrangements for early-stage startups with strong traction and a compelling product. Discuss this during your discovery call.
Tech & Ownership
Who owns the code after the project?
You do. 100%. All intellectual property, source code, and assets are transferred to you upon final payment. We retain no rights.
What tech stack do you use?
Our default stack is Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS/Vercel. For mobile we use React Native. Try our Tech Stack Advisor to get custom recommendations.
Will I be able to maintain the code myself?
Yes. We write clean, documented code and can train your internal team on the architecture. We also offer ongoing maintenance retainers if you prefer us to manage it.
Do you write tests?
Yes. We include unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests depending on the scope. Quality is not optional.
